In this seminar, you will learn what you need to know as a new or growing small business for managing HR in your workplace. Topics covered include staffing and retention best practices; what to include in your employee handbook or policy manual; employee relations and how to handle work disputes; how to set up employee files and display required Labor Law posters; 1099 versus W-2; best practices for everyday personnel (and self) management; and other topics helpful to your business.
