Successful government contracting is rooted in understanding and executing “compliance”. The federal government, in particular, has had over 230 years to figure out how to buy goods and services from your business and they capture the many requirements in an alphabet soup of regulations FAR, FASA, DCAA, DBA, ITAR, ASPR, NST… and many more… and of course we can’t forget the “Purveyor of Public Affairs Act of 1795”. If you want to compete in the government marketplace you just plain need to understand and embrace ‘compliance’. This workshop will provide an in-depth review of many of the aspects of government contracting compliance – proposal compliance, accounting system compliance, procurement systems compliance, cybersecurity security, and other compliance issues. Since 1996, Mr. Kinberg has represented clients in Melbourne, FL, in matters related to government contracts, construction law and business law. His previous background as a contract attorney with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corp (JAG) provided him with extensive knowledge and training in the area of government contracts. This seminar will not be repeated this year, so don’t miss this unique opportunity to expand your understanding of government contracting. Reservations are required.
