Brian's firm has practiced intellectual property law in Brevard County for over 23 years, specializing in patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing and related litigation. His firm includes experienced registered patent attorneys and a patent agent, which specialize in all patentable technology areas. Brian has personally prosecuted over 1,200 patents and has prosecuted over 1,600 federal trademarks through the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Brian was formerly a Senior Primary Patent Examiner with the U.S. Patent Office for many years before starting his practice in Brevard County. Mr. Steinberger’s clients include large corporations, universities, small businesses and individual inventors throughout the U.S. and in foreign countries. He has taught intellectual property classes for over 20 years at the Small Business Development Centers, which include Eastern Florida State College and the University of Central Florida, and for different Incubation Program and Florida Inventor Groups, and has authored many articles for newspapers and technical journals on intellectual property over the years.
