Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is an approach to managing a company's interaction with current and potential customers. It uses data analysis about a customer's history with a company to improve business relationships with the customer, specifically focusing on customer retention and ultimately driving sales growth. This hour long training session, conducted by Dr. Harriette Bettis-Outland, will provide you with tools, tricks and "dos, and don'ts" when implementing your CRM strategy. No fee for this workshop; pre-registration is highly recommended. Dr. Bettis-Outland is a Marketing Professor at the University of West Florida, College of Business. No fee. (Feel free to bring your lunch.)
