It uses data analysis about a customer's history with a company to improve business relationships with the customer, specifically focusing on customer retention and ultimately driving sales growth. This hour long training session, conducted by Dr. Harriette Bettis-Outland, will provide you with tools, tricks and "dos, and don'ts" when implementing your CRM strategy.
