His experience includes 32 years in a variety of business and technical positions with Ford Motor - 29 years as a executive. He was also active in college relations, college recruiting and new employee orientation at Ford. Since locating to Florida, he recruited information technology personnel, become an adjunct business instructor and Small Business Development Center Counselor at IRSC and a counselor with SCORE. His strengths are in business planning, financial analysis and incorporation.

Of those companies faced with a catastrophic disaster without a disaster plan- 43% will never reopen and 51% will fail within 2 years, for a failure rate of 94%. Only 6% will survive. Can your business afford this? You've invested a lot of time and resources into making your business a success, now "Dare to Prepare!" This disaster preparedness workshop will give you a jumpstart into planning for the 2014 hurricane season and any other catastrophic events. Disasters come in many forms like a tornado, fire, or a more regular occurrence like a blackout or flood. By the end of the day, you can have much of your disaster plan written, have the tools you need to prepare a comprehensive plan to prevent or reduce the effects of a disaster on your business, or to improve an existing plan. “Planning is key. You do not need a million dollar solution, just a common sense one that protects you, your employees and your business. ”
